        • Attempts to bypass or disable safety filters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Responsibility for any prohibited generation or attempts to circumvent safety filters lies solely with you as the user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          6. Watermark and Commercial Rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          • If you do not have an active subscription, the Service automatically adds a watermark to generated images.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Commercial usage rights for generated images are available only<\/strong> to users with an active paid subscription.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
