  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • You agree not to use the Service to generate prohibited content, including but not limited to:
    • Hate speech or discriminatory material
    • Violence, weapons, or dangerous instructions
    • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
    • Harassment, bullying, or abusive content
    • Illegal activities including drugs or fraud
    • Attempts to bypass or disable safety filters
  • Responsibility for any prohibited generation or attempts to circumvent safety filters lies solely with you as the user.

6. Watermark and Commercial Rights

  • If you do not have an active subscription, the Service automatically adds a watermark to generated images.
  • Commercial usage rights for generated images are available only to users with an active paid subscription.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and Google Analytics to improve user experience and analyze traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

8. Non‑Affiliation Disclaimer

Image Editor AI is an independent service. We are not affiliated with Google, Google Gemini, or any subdivision, including “NanoBanana.” Any references to these names are solely descriptive and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Image Editor AI unless otherwise stated.
  • You retain rights to images you upload and edit, subject to the terms of your subscription plan.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
